Whether you have published your tour or you're still working on it, you always have the ability to edit. In this lesson, we discuss how to edit a tour that you have already published. Please remember that changes to your tour may take some time on Google's end.
Google also only allows 15 scenes to be updated at once, so you may find that you may have to click Publish more than once to update your tour if you do not see updates immediately.
In most cases, you'll learn that you do not have to unpublish a tour to make an edit. Unpublishing is only needed in the event that you need to edit blurring or your nadir to a published tour. Otherwise, unpublishing is not necessary if you are making a simple change to your tour.
Making Edits to Your Constellation
If you've already published a tour, but need to make a change to your constellation, simply edit as needed and save once you are satisfied with your update. Then, to push your update to Google, only click Publish. You do not have to click Unpublish.
Replacing a Scene
If you need to replace an image, you do not need to unpublish either. Simply disconnect the old scene that you wish to replace. Upload the new scene and connect it as you did during the initial building stages. Once you're satisfied with your update, click Publish to send the updates to Google. Panoskin will recognize that you have removed the old image and will proceed with unpublishing it and replacing it with the new image.
Edit Blurring or Nadir
In the event that you need to make changes to your blurring, whether you need to take some away or add more blurring to a published tour, you must first unpublish the scenes that you wish to make changes. Then, proceed with updating the blurring. Once you're happy with the changes, click Publish to republish your tour.
Use this same method if you are updating or removing a nadir. The reason for this is because Panoskin physically alters your scenes to add blur and nadir effects to your images.
