I made multiple videos with Fusion and Fusion Studio.

Your app is unable to upload them.

I discussed this extensively with Panoskin via email.  I did everything you suggest.  Still, Trailblazer did not perform successfully.  Not once.

After several months, I'm forced to conclude: Panoskin's app is a failure; Trailblazer does not work.

    Hello Anthony,

I love Trailblazer and am on the cusp of a half million photo spheres uploaded with over 300 miles covered.

I have a problem though. For some reason my recent uploads show the date of capture as 12/31/69

Any idea what could be causing that?

Hi, this is indeed a very disturbing problem with Trailblazer currently. The processing locally works, but when the upload is nearly finished there is an error coming, that the Google API would not be respondant. I assume this is not the case, but since the error is there for 2-3 weeks at least my gut feeling is rather there has been an API change from Google or so and the Trailblazer app is not yet updated to cater for it. Can you please look into this? Thank you!

Still gave same issue here as well. Panaskin is claiming this is an google issue, see below. But I can not imagine google has been down with this service for so long.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE FROM GOOGLE (Updated April 9, 2020):

Starting today, some of you may notice your new ratings, reviews and photos are being published on Google Maps. Since our last update, we have been working to restore the ability for people to contribute to Maps. This functionality will be made gradually available in a limited number of countries and categories. We greatly appreciate the patience and positivity from our entire community, and we hope you all continue to stay healthy and safe.

During the unprecedented COVID-19 situation, we are taking steps to protect the health of our team members and reduce the need for people to come into our offices. As a result, there will be temporary limitations and delays in how you can contribute on Google Maps as we prioritize critical services.

To better assist you with your ticket, please provide the following details to your ticket if you have not already:

    1. Your username
    2. The email associated with your account (if different than what you are submitting from)
    3. The name of the tour(s) or business(es) in question AND a link to your tour in Panoskin (if you require troubleshooting from our support staff)

To add these additional details, you may reply directly to this email. Please be sure to provide as much detail as possible if you are asking our team to troubleshoot a tour for you.

Please note that our support team responds to tickets Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Panoskin is not in operation during U.S. observed holidays. We read and respond to all tickets and do our best to reply as soon as possible.

    Thank you!

    Regards,
    Panoskin Team

Why is the trailblazer upload to streetview issue still not fixed?

Panoskin in saying it is google's issue, while all other publishing app seem to work fine!

My best guess is that trailblazer has not been updated to support the latest API change:

Google removed a parameter from the API that is used to publish videos to Street View.
Software that calls the API using that parameter will get an error. The change went into effect
10/1/2021. The parameter is used to specify that faces and license plates are to be blurred.

Panoskin, please fix the trailblazer app.
